From MOR Wood Chip belts, to High Temperature and Steel Core belts, Total Conveyor has the experience and equipment to deliver consistent reliable joins in all types of black rubber belt. We Guarantee That. For the rare occasion where Hot Vulcanising is not an option, belts can be Mechanically Fastened or Cold Bonded to suit the application.

Food Grade Belt Joining
Total Conveyor Limited has access to the Viking range of food grade and general purpose belts. We have the capability and experience to hot vulcanise and mechanically fasten these belts to suit the application. For specialist applications, we have access to the Volta homogenous belting, and the Uni chain modular range of belts.
Rubber Lining
Total Conveyor Limited are also experienced in rubber lining of many types of pipes and vessels to reduce noise and wear from abrasive materials or chemicals. We have access to a large range of rubber types, and are able to install these on site, or in our Invercargill Workshop.

Polyurethane, is an elastomeric material of exceptional physical properties such as, toughness, flexibility, resistance to abrasion, temperature, puncture and tearing. Its hardness can vary from very soft to extremely hard. Polyurethane combines the toughness of metal with the elasticity of rubber. Polyurethane can be custom cast, enabling it to be cost effective for small to medium production runs.

Polypropylene offers a good balance of thermal, chemical, and electrical strength. The durability to impacts, primarily at low temperatures is not as good as that of polyethylene. Lagging on Drive Drums
Mini Lagging 60 is a medium hard Premium Natural rubber compound, suitable for most lagging applications. The rubber compound has been formulated to provide maximum wear resistance while providing a high coefficient friction for damp wet conditions ensuring maximum traction and excellent dissipation of water and dirt.
The multi-purpose mini diamond pattern lagging comes in versatile sheet form, complete with a bonding layer for easy adhesion to metal surfaces.
Also available in white Food Grade.

Mini Lagging 60 can be used on Natural rubber conveyor belt applications on belt drive, bend, tail, take-up or where product spillage and wear on components can cause problems.
Food Grade Mini Lagging 60 is FDA compliant for use in all Food Processing applications.
